You make the plan. The other you skips it.
You already know what you should be doing. You've decided it on Sunday nights, after good videos, at the start of new months. This is the 90-day system that gets the part of you that plans and the part of you that does working together.
All you need is a notebook, a pen, one objective and 15 minutes a day.
The problem
There are two of you.
You meant it every time. Then the next morning came and someone else was in charge. That someone is the other you.
Part one
The Planner
Sees your life from a distance, where everything looks clear and possible. It's the part that writes the goals and the lists and says "starting Monday".
Part two
The Doer
Has to carry the plan out in the moment, when it's tired or busy and something easier is right in front of it.
The system
Pick one objective and give it ninety days.
It could be a project, a business, training, studying or a skill you keep meaning to start or finish. Every morning and evening, the system tells you exactly what to write until it's done.

The number
Every week comes down to one honest number.
Every week you fill in the Gap Report: promises kept divided by promises made. The first number usually stings, and that's fine, because you get to watch it change.
A first week Example
A later week Example
Illustration of how the report works, not a promise of results. What changed between the two weeks wasn't willpower, it was how the Planner wrote the instructions.
How it works
Ninety days, split into four phases.
Each day you read that day's page and write everything in your own notebook by hand, and every day builds on the one before.
Phase 1
Identify
You don't change anything yet. You watch how the Doer really behaves: when it drifts off, where it goes and what it tells itself.
Phase 2
Break
You take that routine apart one piece at a time. The Planner writes a short agreement each evening. The Doer starts each morning with its first step.
Phase 3
Build
You build a daily agreement you can keep, then raise it a little every week, pointed at your one objective.
Phase 4
Become
You take the supports away one by one and see what still runs without them.
Every morning
5 minutesDate the page, copy your objective, write what's fixed today, what you want done and what will probably get in the way.
Every evening
10 minutesCompare the plan with what happened, find the real reason for anything you missed and write tomorrow's agreement.
Once a week
The Gap ReportPromises kept divided by promises made. One number that tells you the truth about the week.

Who it's for
Be honest with yourself here.
It's for you if
- You have one thing you keep meaning to start or finish
- You're tired of planning it again every Monday
- You can give it 15 minutes a day
- You're fine writing by hand in a notebook
It's probably not if
- You don't want to write by hand every day. The notebook is the whole method
- You want to chase five goals at once
- You're looking for therapy or medical advice. This is a self-development program
VII. About Project Doer
Planning feels like progress, but only doing actually is.
Project Doer is a YouTube channel about the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it, and the psychology behind why we plan one thing and do another.
The Other You is the channel turned into a daily practice: everything from the videos, in the order you should do it, with the exact words to write each morning and evening. There's no app or subscription, just a notebook, a pen and one objective.

What people ask before buying.
Do I need to print it?
No. Most people read it on their phone and write in a paper notebook. There's a print-friendly version too if you'd rather have it on paper.
What kind of notebook?
Any notebook with about 240 pages, ideally A5. Two thinner notebooks work too.
How much time does it take?
About 5 minutes in the morning and 10 in the evening, plus the Gap Report once a week.
What if I miss a day?
The system has a two-minute short version for bad days and a restart guide for longer breaks. Missing one day doesn't break anything, and the rules show you how to avoid missing two.
Can I use it for more than one goal?
You pick one objective for the 90 days. When you finish, the last section shows you how to run it again with a new one.
Is this therapy?
No. It's a self-development program and isn't medical or psychological advice.
How do I get it?
Right after checkout, Gumroad gives you a download link for both PDFs and emails it to you too.
What if it's not for me?
Email within 14 days of buying and you'll get a full refund.
